Now, now, why are we all so dismissive of this erudite commenter? I'm sure that he has something that he can offer. Perhaps he would be kind enough to pick some fish up from the hahbah for all the Faithful. We all know that we will need them.

It's really too bad we can't do the fish throw in neutral rinks.  AC would be such a great place to do it, too.

Kidding aside, DO NOT THROW FISH IN ATLANTIC CITY or any place other than Lynah.

Well, in relation to hockey, anyway.  What you do in the Crazy Horse Cabaret is your business.

Great.  I was looking for some places to take my 9-year-old son after the games :-D

Do what I do for non-hockey Harvard games: bring a sign with a picture of a fish.

Ill-advisedly throwing fish would never come back to haunt us.

Aside: For those who listened to the Yale-Harvard broadcast, it was nice to hear a certain level of respect from Harvard for Cornell and the other ECAC teams as opposed to the fans of other ECAC teams who apparently forget their history from more than three years ago.

That was his senior thesis. Got an A of course.

Friday's ECAC semifinal will mark Harvard and Cornell's 11th ECAC Tournament encounter in the 17 years of the Schafer Era,  Harvard won three of them (2002, 2006, & 2008).  Cornell prevailed in the other seven (1996, 1997, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, & 2010).

Are you suggesting that Union has any history from more than three years ago?

Union seems to forget that it does. Their fans refer to programs like RPI and SLU as "bottom feeders" because two years in a row Union has won the Jell-O Mold. Their bloggers have them already hoisting the Whitelaw "trophy" (as they call it) in Boardwalk Hall. They seem to forget that they have had a program since 1975 that took 35 years to accomplish anything of note.
