I believe two years ago they played Princeton in a scrimmage instead of Red/White.  They typically play two scrimmage/exhibition games against an opponent before the season instead of one.  I started looking back at the recent schedules and that's been the case for at least back to the pandemic.  They didn't list the Princeton scrimmage on the schedule from Syer's first season but I know it was part of the ticket package.  Right?  I just wondered why this year was different and if it was because of the extra regular season game?

Sorry, I am too lazy to don't have time to look, but I recall elsewhere on this forum that the Ivy game limit got bumped up last year to 30 -- sort of.  It's actually 29 if you play two exhibitions (as Cornell and most of the rest of the Ivies have historically done), or 30 if you only play one.

The  Big Apple game not being in primetime kinda sucks after selling so many tickets promoting it as such.

Pretty sure that the game time was announced before any tickets were sold, but willing to be shown I'm wrong.

Has the date that tickets for individual games at Lynah go on sale been announced? On the website I only saw season tickets being discussed.

It does - I just checked and it looks like I *could* catch a 6 am bus, make it to 175th Street by 10:30, go directly to MSG, catch the game, and then get back up the same night.

But also... that's 9+ hours in a bus on one day 😅

That is true! At least, it's more of a consideration now than it was before.

I still need to see though, especially because chances are I'll have to head to Poland during Thanksgiving break to deal with orthodontic stuff. Or that I'm pulled to Geneva if standby works.

Plus, ngl, I'd probably only do it this year if I know I'll get to hang with some people there. But we'll see. First step is getting my season tickets
