I'm amused that the licensed examples have one that reads "The University of Michigan" and another that reads "Ohio State University" which is pretty great trolling if you know the culture.

North Dakota

Arizona State
Quinnipiac
Princeton
Dartmouth

Getting the product in front of those fans by advertising on sites with comprehensive visibility to those customer bases is essential too: USCHO, CHN, the individual conferences, Ivy-adjacent up-market sites, etc.

You might want to talk to the ADs/SIDs of the schools themselves — many have co-located their rink inside of/near a entertainment center that includes hockey-related arcade games.  You'd fit in well and those entities won't blink at the price.
