Quote from: ugarte on Today at 06:43:02 PM*looking in the rear view mirror* I'm glad we played Harvard.

We might have converted some undergrad students with these three games.

This was, by far, the loudest I've heard the Faithful on a tv broadcast. I think a lot of cheering just doesn't come through, but this was the first game I've seen that made me feel like the crowd was up to the old standards.

Maybe having a third game was worth it.

Me too. I couldn't tell if they cranked up the crowd volume or if the fans were somehow just much louder? Seemed like a great atmosphere.
Much louder. Fucking banger atmosphere.

Great game. I wasn't much help today because my voice was shot after the previous two games and Ivy madness but the rest of the crowd made up for me.

I was so sure the Walsh goal was coming back I didn't even celebrate, clear kicking motion, at least from the section B angle, but I'll take it. Also loved the Castagna header, even though it won't get him on the scoresheet.

On to placid!

It looked like a kick to me too from C, I barely celebrated. Also, it was Casty with the header? Lolll.

Fair warning:  That's going to be your meal in LP, too, unless you want deep-fried bar munchies.  Because no restaurants are open late there.

Cornell got past Harvard on Sunday to complete the ECAC's four-some in Lake Placid. And according to our Probability Matrix, the Big Red are now a lock for the NCAAs. Other teams hinge on the bubble. Check out the current NPI, and use You Are the Committee to see what will happen based on next weekend's final results.

I really don't care hahaha. I honestly don't mind the bodega fare - when I complain about nothing being open in Ithaca late, it's because you'd think in a college town you'd have anything open past 10 PM???

My usual go-to when I visit is Hot Truck, at least for one meal.  I used to have Applebee's for the other since I usually stay out at Triphammer.
