No.  In that scenario, Dartmouth would win first place on head-to-head results against the other two (7 points to 6 for Quinnipiac and 5 for Cornell), and then the remaining tie for second would go to Quinnipiac (head-to-head split, but league wins would go to Q, 16-15)
