Great period for us so far.

We often lament the "piped in" music in some of the arenas we visit, but what really gets me is the sameness of it. A lot of these tunes have been playing in hockey arenas for 40+ years. It's a permanent time warp.

Standard Cornell powerplay... more time in our zone than theirs, it felt like.

Good start to the PP with Walsh missing a golden opportunity, but after that it looked circa 24-25

It won't end until the Boomers (like me) are all dead.  We froze music.  It's awful.

Glad to see shots being taken on the PP, much different than last year

UMass did play great aggressive kill though.  I'll allow it.

The opposing net being the center of our perspective diagram is something I vaguely recall from 1995.

UMass is a well coached team with plenty of talent. Great test for the opener

Tied to end the 2nd. Not bad.

Let me understand this: Drew Pinsky is pitching a medical kit where people are supposed to self-diagnose for things like strep and pneumonia and then decide which medication to take? Sounds like a good plan.

Iceberg

Cornell definitely looked better that period

Quote from: scoop85 on October 31, 2025, 07:27:06 PMWhat do people thing about numbers on the front of our jerseys?

I don't like them. I strongly oppose anything that needlessly moves away from tradition. They're not on the home jerseys, so at least there's that.

On the note of disliking change, I was unhappy to see that we have changed the typeface for the nameplates and the numbers. I wonder what was behind the change.
