I really wish the Sirens actually played in New York, not in Newark.

I wish they rebranded to New Jersey... we are not the same

Still, I suppose it's better than where New York's NWHL team the Riveters first played, at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn - oddly, it's faster and easier to get from downtown Brooklyn to Newark than to the Rockaway/ass end of Brooklyn. I wanted to go see Jenny Scrivens play way back in the day, but could never manage to set aside enough time, and then they moved to the Meadowlands.
