As I promised, I collected some of the extra rally towels commemorating Coach Schafer from Senior Night. My unofficial count is at 14, of varying quality.

I'm giving them away for the low low price of Free - just cover the shipping cost and I'll send one (or two) to you. Depends how many you want and how high demand is.

I will need to know a name and address to ship to. Payment of shipping costs can be discussed in DMs (as well as if you want tracking or anything like that). I can do Zelle, gift card is also an option, I have a bank account, we'll figure it out.

If you're coming up to Ithaca before early May and want to meet instead to receive a towel, that's also doable so long as my schedule aligns.

I'll take a picture of the towels when I get home, as a few are smudgy, and that'll help divvy the towels up as well.

LGR14, I've got you marked down already.

Thank you!  Very much appreciated.

Here's pictures. I thought a few more were smudgy. Only number 7 really is.

Don't wash them. I have 3 that got dirty. Washed them and the printing faded away. Basically these are probably good for cleaning your hands after you work on your car, but as a memory, forget it.

As an aside, 20 years after they stopped me, I threw candy again. But this time I was intercepted by the bands full alma mater.

Oh well, it was still fun.

They go good in your hockey bag for drying your skates

We loved the candy last night :). I've never heard the story with the lawyers stopping you, if you care to share.

The short version. I had recruited kids, different ones for each game, to "help" me throw to the students. At one game a "high ranking" athletic administrator came by to tell me that I had to quit, saying something about the potential risk.

I never really heard from the lawyers, but it was the kind of liability that would come from a worried lawyer/administer.

Administrators retire.  Fans don't.::cheer::

I'd seen that letter exchange years ago, and while it might seem made-up the letters are in fact genuine.
