Quote from: laserwhispererHere's the clip from the ESPN broadcast. Seemed really soft to me, but definitely a retaliatory slash of some form. (disclaimer: also wasn't at Lynah)

So weak. Princeton woman tapped her and she tapped her back. Move along.

Ouch.

At Matthews at 2 today and tomorrow.  NU (14-2-1, 7 shut outs!) is #3 in the country.  Big Red (4-5-1) lost 4-0 at home to #4 Q, so this will likely not go well.

Weder

Cornell played pretty well in stretches against Q, but they need more offensive threats other than the top line. The win over Princeton isn't looking quite as good a couple of weeks later, but I think Cornell will continue to get better as the season goes along. The D is really young as well and will improve. Messier is a ton of fun to watch.

Great, thanks!

Huskies with a huge giveaway in their zone and we could not quite connect.  Still scoreless late in the first.  We are being very careful and NU is getting frustrated.

My ambition for this 2-game series was not to be outscored by 10.  So far we are doing a good job countering their enormous talent advantage.

Watching Mills with NU is really mixed emotion.

Swampy

1:1 now, about halfway through the second period.

cbuckser

2-2 after two periods, and the webcast has crapped out.

Great game thru two periods at 2-2, but the video feed vanished into thin air...

Al DeFlorio

4-2 NU with an EAG goal.
SOG 46-20, 16-2 in 3rd period.

They did a pretty good job staying with NU but we were not the better team as predicted.  Goalkeeper really kept helped keep us in the game.
