Denver is losing to Miami.  That's very good for us.

Final.  Denver drops to #7 and Miami up to 14.

Miami 4, Denver 3

Also, without Colton Point, 'Gate came from being down 3-1 to take Q into overtime before losing 4-3.

Even better story: Colg' scored twice in the final minute to send it to OT. QU won 22 seconds into the extra frame. It must have felt deflated in Class of Whatever Arena.

Last weekend PU tied the #1 team in the country, not once but twice!

What does a spanking like this a week later do for our RPI, pairwise, etc.? What does it do to SCSU's?

I talked to what I assume was a PU parent about those games. He said SCSu was the best team they've seen. They were outplayed, especially in the OT of the first game.

The OT shots were 14-0, SCSU and PU never got the puck across the center red line.

If they still give out free hot dogs it should be the Oscar Mayer Arena.

I was at the Saturday game in Princeton last weekend. I can't comment about their play on Friday, but as for Saturday, it was about as even play as you could get.

3 of the last 4 7-goal games were vs. Princeton. Ryan Vesce was was 3-4--7 in the fall 2003 Princeton game. Gad, it was 14 years ago.

Rauter's beauty was the #4 play of the week (and first(?) bracketology too)...
