For me, it simply found the existing Cornell record and assured me it existed. How the hell do I GET there to vote it up?

Worked fine for me.  You just go there find it in the pick list and click the up arrow.

Oh  Evidently you have to scroll down and let it keep adding groups until you get to 335, then click the up arrow.  Sorry for the extra step.

If you have trouble finding Cornell, just type in Cornell in the "something missing" box. It's at the end of the # 100 rank, right before the "Load More" click. It will then show you what # is Cornell. Now on to Reranking...........
