this thread is a reminder of how we have attendance issues.. 10 years ago this would have been a 10 page thread discussing the game.

And, I still have a problem understanding why/how so many smaller/private schools can offer free game video, whereas the cash cow Ivy League has to charge big $$ for an often lower quality service??

Possibly because we have 35 sports listed for streaming (taken from the Ivy Network listing) and they have 5. And you can get the whole CU hockey season, including all sports played during that time, for $46. Big $$?

the ivy league has the rights and chose to charge for it..   schools like SU stream some stuff for a fee and the rest is done by the ACC , which then sells most of it to espn3.

clarkson is mostly non d-1 so its a perk to let parents see their kids games. its not a high cost thing to do these days.

Parents of someone playing athletics at any college have invested thousands in summer camps, travel leagues, dive motels, and equipment. A nice touch that the college gives something back to them, and if other fans can watch, too, great.

I wonder how many buy ins these schools get.

I also think it's much easier to find live scores now between elynah twitter and the CHN and USCHO apps.

back in the day, not that long ago you could follow the flow of the game. twitter is a neat but its more of a this happened type thing, not a question and answer type reporting of the game.
