Why would he get to build up his legs and body more in college vs. the OHL?  

Sounds like education is more a priority for his family than for himself.

Is it spin if it's true? OHL teams had 68 games last year. Generally 3 games each week.

The Barrie Colts played 22 addtional games in the post-season.  That's a 90-game season.  In the WHL: Edmonton played 72 + 22 = 94.

That's not counting 4 or 5 exhibition games.
