decided to start a new thread coz the other one (prematurely started) was getting too big...post game updates here please!!! :)  ::help::

Greg Berge

Another reason to beat Dartmouth (as if they needed one): they are 1 over .500, so a loss would put Cornell 0-2 against a TUC.

Al DeFlorio

Clarkson up 3-1 over Harvard late in the first.  Crimson really sucking lately.  Awww.

Cornell 0, Dartmouth 0 after one period.  Trevor Byrne hit a post midway through the first period.

It's always a shame when Harvard (sucks) sucks  B-]

Greg Berge

Sounded as though Cornell was skating right with Dartmouth in that first period -- no more of them coming out flat.  Byrne beat Underhill cleanly and hit a post; Cornell also had a good chance coming on a flurry about 7 minutes in -- other than that, just a goos defensive period.  Shots were 9-8 Dartmouth.

Scores as reported on the Cornell 'cast:

1-1 col at ver
1-0 yal vs uc
2-1 clk vs hvd
2-1 rpi at prn
0-0 brn at slu
0-0 cor at drt

Greg Berge

Boucher is putting on a one man show.  Cornell has something like a 12-0 shot advantage in period #2, but it's still scoreless.

why does the waterboy always have to have great games against cornell?

MY GOSH, Is one (1) goal too much to ask?
Can I just mention how hard it is to watch Olympic hockey and simultaneously try to listen to CU hockey? especially with a happy hour mixed in!

Al DeFlorio

RPI 5-2 over PU.
Colgate-Vermont 3-3.
