Quote from: RobbNeither are two losses to Vermont and Mercyhurst.  Ouch.  Thanks for nothing, North Country!

Sucky weekend of results for Cornell so far.

Michigan, Ferris and CC lose, Denver ties Bemidji, and the North Country drop a pair of NC games.

Michigan salvaged a split with Western Michigan.  CC was swept by St. Cloud.  Denver dropped their second game with Bemidji.

Ferris is now the last TUC (27th).  CC is 26th. Michigan is not a TUC.  Maine and Duluth aren't either.  The non-conference schedule looked good on paper.

Which says we've got to win our OOC games, because our playoff potential is going to ride on our W-L percentage and not much else.

Except that as of now, it looks like our SOS will actually be boosted by our *conference* games, so there's that.  5 of the top 13 teams are from the ECAC right now - crazy (that includes Cornell, of course, so we only get to play 4 of them).
Let's Go RED!

Red-White game doesn't count?

No, but the Princeton game should.  They beat themselves.

It does, but the loss from that game cancels out the win.

One down and four to go before RPI gets back to the tough competition. :)

Hopefully our holiday tournament performance will be a little better than years past.

Thank you. Jeff and I were wondering when our last "first game" win in Estero was. We knew you would have the answer :).

For some reason the CHN mobile app isn't showing the Qunnipiac game as even taking place. The CHN website has the game listed in the "live scoreboard" section, but with no score. I checked the free video, available below, and Qunnipiac is up 4-3 heading into the third.

No updates on USCHO either.  QU up 5-4 about halfway through the 3rd on Livestats: http://livestats.prestosports.com/quinnipiac/mice/?e=7r8m2lya4lr97qgs

Quinnipiac and Dartmouth are 3 and 4, respectively, in Pairwise.  Yale is 7 and Cornell 12.  Union is 16 and would be out of the tournament if the season ended today due to Atlantic Hockey autobid.

(Edited to reflect Quinipiac's sweep of UNO caused them to swap places with Dartmouth.)

As much as I root against Union, 16th is currently in the tourney because RMU of the AHA is 13th.
