The way he describes the goaltending "tandem" and how Garman and Iles will provide the best goaltending in the ECAC makes it sound like a rotation is very possible.

I couldn't find a good GOOGLE image, but Schafer has a way to go before topping Tennessee Titans coach Jeff Fisher. Both Fisher and Schafer could be candidates for the next Just for Men ad campaign. I watched the Giants-Titans game on Sunday and was surprised at how grey Fisher had gotten.

Find the team in the NCAAs that you don't play well, and then don't play that team.
