Just got mine:  Sect 215 Seats D13 and D14.  Looks like we are above one of the goals 4 sections up out of 6.  (Sects in order: 32,67,115,215,322,414/415)

Here is the seating chart if you want to see your seats.  If you click on the section you will get a cool picture of your view which you can move around.

are they really sold out of all tickets together or does cornell ticket office still have stuff? I thought that I didn't have to worry about this until the next school year, apparently I was wrong

There are no more seats in the 100 and 200 levels, and the ticket office has only a small amount of 300-level seats.  I presume there are still 400-level seats, but you'd be smart to avoid them.

Sat in the 400's last year. Nothing wrong with it.  The 400 level at the Garden is still a really good seat.

two years ago I ended up 2 rows in front of the band, I don't think my hearing has ever come back :) hopefully that doesn't happen again

Although when you're in front of the band, you don't have to worry about being told to sit down.

We stood directly in front of the band for two years at Lynah.  Best seats I ever had!  The 400s are fine, though it's tough to see the near end if you're behind the goal because of the severe overhang.  I'd try to avoid those, unless you're in the front row.

An update for other procrastinators:

Via ticketmaster.com, I was able to get 4 tickets yesterday in the blue seats (section 405- which is actually descent in the garden). I had to search for tickets under the tab labeled "Cornell section" (for some reason the "all available" doesn't find anything available). I imagine there's not all that much left, though msg does release day-of tickets for some events (I've walked up 10min before game time and bought Rangers tickets). Don't know if this will be the situation for the CU BU game.

Just saw a TV commercial for the game on MSG Network.  Granted it was during an airing of "Rollerball" and not any kind of a prime ad-sales time period, but still, nice to see them promoting it.

I also saw a video ad for it on the big jumbotron out front of MSG (7th Ave. side) while arriving for a train a couple of weeks ago.  At least it sounds like it's not sold out just yet, if they're pushing it.

S' OK Josh- I also liked Rollerball, at least the game sequences.  The 1975 original with James Caan, not the sucky remake of about 2002.  I thought the game as it was played in the first sequence ("Madrid Rules") was a viable game.  In fact, Sports Illustrated had an artical about an actual game played by the cast stuntmen after completion of filming in the Munich Olympic Basketball Arena.::rock::

Jonathan!  Jonathan!

I love the original.  You couldn't pay me to see the remake.
