Is Brown vs. Sucks on TV?

There doesn't seem to be any college hockey on cable here.

So Brown was assessed a 2 minute penalty at the end of the first period for a "protocol violation".  Can anybody give me an idea of what this means?  Wouldn't leave the ice or something?

The players on the bench at the buzzer probably skated onto the ice instead of going directly up the tunnel.
