I am emailing to demand a refund for the Cornell-Union mens ECAC hockey playoff game of 3/15/08.  The webcast audio and video have repeatedly failed throughout this webcast, as they have through other B2 webcasts throughout this and other years.


This quality of service plagued Cornell viewers all last year prior to the Cornell AD dropping B2 at our request.  Many of us are now petitioning the ECAC and NCAA to remove B2 from the list of providers for any future league products.

B2's products, customer support, and pricing model are seriously inferior when compared with even the barely tolerable of web-based products.  We look forward to the day your management either elects to provide quality service or files for bankruptcy.
