SLU wins 5-2.  RPI and Yale 2-2 going to OT.  And Brown refuses to die: came back from 5-1 deficit to tie at 6-6 and go to OT.

Sounded like a strong third period--nice, for a change.

Great third period -- dominance.  14-5 SOG and it seemed like 24-5.

Clutch performance by the Scott-Sawada-Mike Kennedy line, but the line of the night was Scali-Fontas-Mugford.  All three of them played out of their minds.

They went on a tear and are now up 82-73 with 2:34 left.

He catches a lot of heat from folks here (not from me--he's probably my favorite player) some deserved, some not... but he's been an absolute force in the playoffs ever since he came to Cornell.

Someone better get this team a memo that the playoffs started tonight.  Generally brutal intensity throughout the game and more like an exhibition against a Canadian school than a playoff game at Lynah.

They did play a lot better in the third period and it was good to see Schafer was getting the Nash-Greening line out a lot more than he was last Saturday indicating they were going to try and win the game.

Officiating was absolutely brutal in favor of Cornell.  Dartmouth got robbed over and over again throughout the game and Gaudet was certainly justified for freaking out.  Still can't get over that Brendan Nash continuous hook and slash on the Dartmouth breakaway in the second period that went uncalled.  Should have been a penalty shot.

The powerplay needs to keep it simple and just get pucks to the net.  Too much holding on to the puck; not enough hard passes and not enough quick plays to get the PKers out of position.  The one time they move the puck and get it to the net they score.
