8 hours until Puckdrop. Let's hear it.

Last weekend was a bit painful....Everything I've read predicts a 4 point weekend to revenge the wound. Thoughts? Questions? Comments? Concerns? Snide Remarks?

As a personal diatribe, I'm going to say right here and now that I think all feces-related shouts, poop jokes, crap references, fecal-matter-memorabilia, scat-skates, bowel-ballads, and colon conquering cheers should be left at home...

We're a lot smarter than that, and (I can't believe I'm writing this) it doesn't make Cornell look good at all when we show exhasperated glee to discover what color our dumps are. Please, please, please, let's find something else to yell.

It looks like you're fighting a losing battle here.

With Princeton and Quinnipiac both playing in non-league games, and Union facing off against Clarkson tonight, this certainly seems like an opportune weekend to pick up 4 points and jump into 2nd in the conference in points.

I certainly expect and hope for another 4 point weekend as well against these teams.  Yale played us well last time around, and Cornell was able to put in its best game of the year in a performance- an all around complete effort where aspects of the game were working correctly, and Scrivens losing the shutout in the final seconds to make the score 2-1 was not at all representative of the play.

Brown, on the other hand, came out skating harder, faster and more physical than we did.  Luckilly they wore themselves out after the first period and we could then figure out how to match their intensity last meeting.  While I certainly expect a win in both games, in this year's ECAC neither team is to be taken lightly- Brown can play a tough physical game and Yale, definitely the more skilled team, does have the speed and finishing prowess to beat us.

Are these new uniforms for Brown?  I seem to remember a big B centered on the  jersey in previous years, instead of Brown spelled out in script.

Barlow back with Nash and Greening.  P. Kennedy with Gallagher and J. Devin.

Sibbald in net for Brown.  What happened to Rosen...injured?

Al DeFlorio

If Sibbald's GAA (3.22) and save % (.921) are correct, he's seeing 41 shots per game.

Time for Bill Howard to have an orgasm....they showed a replay!

Riley hits post on a nice individual effort, and then gets nailed from behind...no call.
