Quinnipiac had one section that was doing alright, they seemed to be spread out all over the place though.
Bright yellow fan shirts that the school gives away do have the benefit of standing out in a crowd.

QuoteSLU fans were found mostly in the bar chanting let's go SLU after a loss to Quinnipiac.

What!??  They finally learned that "S-L-U!!" gets an addendum??  And in all places, bars are the MOST appropriate place for that cheer!  ::panic:: ::drunk::

I added the "T" for them more than once, as did the Clarkson fans.;-)
Would it be wrong for me to wear a Clarkson hoody to Rochester? :-O You have to cheer for the ECAC at this point.
I'd say no.  Support Clarkson and the ECAC in Rochester vocally, but wear Cornell gear.  Don't be afraid to display your true loyalties just because our team didn't make it this year.  I'll root for Clarkson/SLU over the next three weeks, but I'm still a Cornell fan.

Cheering for Clarkson while wearing Cornell stuff sounds like an admirable display.  Or you could mix and match...

French Rage

Root for them to win their first games, but I don't want them doing better than we did. :-}

Heh. That's the moral dilemma that is possible every year at this time but never seems to materialize.  While we want the league to be successful and throw off EZAC designations how far does that go?  Is overall respect for the league worth putting up with the Clarkson crew after they've won the big title?  Part of me says yes and part says no, I want Cornell to win the first ECAC national championship in two dcades.  I will certainly have mixed feelings if Clarkson or SLU make it to the final (though I'd probably pull for them).

Knights and Saints: please, oh please allow me to suffer this moral dilemma for at least one more game.

That would at least allow them to get to the semis, right?

That's what I'm doing, at Roch and St. L, if I make it there. Wear my CU jersey and yell like he.. for Clarkson. After all, we want to show who really has spirit, and if you just wear green and gold they might credit Clarkson. I might even throw candy to their fans.:-D

Depends what you mean by "we" and how far back you go.  If you mean Cornell, ever, they can't do better than 29-0-0 and a national title.  :-D

This season, I don't really see that happening.  :-)

We truly appreciate the support Jim.

I think fans of the Green and Gold showed again last week that we truly have spirit.

Keep the candy though. I'd hate to see us get blamed for that throwing thing.  :-)
