I'm going to Fenway Wednesday to see the Sox and Twins.  Unfortunately, that game no longer has the luster I thought it would a month or so ago.  Shilling is scheduled to start, so at least maybe I can see him live.  Fortunately for me, Santana is not starting, so maybe I will get to see the Sox hit a little, too.

Thread Drift!!!  This has nothing to do with the subject of "Mets Playoffs."  I suggest you take your stereotypical narcissistic Red Sox fandom, good sir, and stop taking away from the Metsies enjoyment of tonight's clinching in this thread.

I'd like to note that while the Mets are now NL East champs they didn't get to celebrate at PNC. Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep!
