I mean, four of the five other ECAC programs that have ever won a national title won their first national titles just in the time I've been following Cornell hockey. As disgusting as that feeling has been, and as much as I hope and believe Cornell will win another national title during my lifetime, at this point I kind of expect one of the remaining six ECAC programs to snag a national title first.

FYI, in 1980 Dartmouth was one of the four teams in the NCAA tournament (which wasn't called the Frozen Four yet).

Aye, but they haven't even made the dance since the 80s. So of course they'll make a FF in their debutante appearance this century. That's how things work.
