A few people have tried this joke after Cornell has won, but it really falls flat. Here's a lesson on how to actually do the bit: last year when we won the ECAC and made the final 8, in my celebratory posts I repeatedly tagged blackwidow to jab them because they would actively gloat when Cornell lost. They were great forum posts by me, and many consider them some of the funniest forum posts on this site in quite some time. But your joke about me disappearing when we win falls flat because I'm extremely happy when we win.

The reason I haven't posted is because I am in Ithaca attending the games. Sorry to burst your bubble!
Get on my level and post from the games (joking)

How'd you like it yesterday? Coming back today for another one?

Quote from: VIEWfromK.  The Harvard goal came after they got caught up ice on a failed attempt to enter the zone.

I think O'Leary must have been responsible because I saw Schafer tearing him a new one when he was climbing onto the bench after the Harvard goal.

Figures I crow about getting a job where work life balance is real and I don't have to work long hours, and then one of the only "you gotta stay late" emergencies happened last night.

I was able to watch it from the beginning when I got home, at least. We looked very good. Our PP is still some sort of avant-garde art experiment designed to shock and disgust the viewer, but at least we worked the puck down low more, and we scored a goal just after a power play once.

Twice. DeSantis both times. Five seconds and three seconds after the penalties expired, respectively.

WHCU a little behind, with some Goebbels gobbler derpin' along in the meantime.  It's cringe and asinine, but it may have sounded smarter in the original German.

Sorry, didn't see this until now. To answer your first question, Lynah is probably my favorite place on Earth. To answer the second question, yes, I was back for Saturday's game...
