Too bad Claudia Goldin's career arc didn't include Cornell in the later stages: Cornell undergrad, Chicago PhD, then prof at Wisconsin, Princeton, Penn (tenured), Harvard (1990).

I believe the last Cornell-affiliated Nobel Prizes came 2018:

James P. Allison, professor of immunology in medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine (2005-06), 2018 Prize in Physiology or Medicine

Arthur Ashkin, '52 Ph.D. Physics, 2018 Prize in Physics
