I used to eat the popcorn at Dunbars all the time. It was fine. I only threw up once that I remember, and I think that had more to do with the pitchers than the popcorn.

Oh, to be 19 again...

And it is not disposed of, just in a safe resting place for now. The sign is not in great shape, and it is doubtful that it will be returned to it's former location.
Fix it to make it safe and hang it in the Game Room at WSH.::dribble::
Otherwise, I think it's time for another Collegetown Riot.  Oh, for the days of eating in Chef Italia and watching the clouds of tear gas go wafting by in the night.

They're building some sort of weird balcony thing where the sign used to be. I don't quite get it...

The sign is rumored to be eventually sold on eBay, per the last sentence of this CAM story:

It's true.  Will be (or maybe already has been, I'm not sure) sold on eBay.

The Cornell Sun reports that the Johnny's sign has been sold on e-bay to an alumna who bought it as a birthday present for her alumnus husband.  There's a long discussion of where it could be stored, the cost of restoration, and potential final display locations.

I hope they can get it up in C-town somewhere, and get the neon lights restored.

Now all we need are even more generous alums who want to reopen Johnny's.
