Wow! Looks like Cornell's not the only school with twins. Or, does Princeton just recruit people with duplicate names?

Hey Jubinville. Your mother and father called. They're running out of names.

Given that the Ivy League web site shows Matt Moulson making all-Ivy twice for Cornell, once for Dartmouth, and three times for Harvard, I'm surprised they got Jubinville's school right both times.

The three times for Harvard is a summary of players that earned it three times, so it does add up.

Trotsky

Taking some solace from that list, Dartmouth loses Johnson (thus dropping them even further into the depths of hell). Princeton loses Moore (which won't hurt much since their best players are all returning).  Brown loses Hurley (see Dartmouth note). Cornell loses Topher (see Princeton note).  Harvard is the only team with multiple losses: Taylor and MacDonald.

You'd think a unanimous 1st team selection would be one of their best players?::screwy::

Remember that All-Ivy selections are based only on results of Ivy League contests.  So a kid could shine in the ten Ancient Eight (Six?) games and win Ivy honors while not being the best player on the team overall.

Like Doug Ferguson in 1967:  first team All-America and second team All-Ivy.

At least Ferguson was first-team All-ECAC that year.  In 1986, Doug Dadswell was second-team All-Ivy behind Grant Blair and second-team All-ECAC behind Vermont's Tom Draper -- but the All-America selectors got it right, putting him on the first team.

This sounds like collusion by the three organizations.

Give one award each to Blair, Draper, & Dadswell.   Thus honoring all three for great seasons.
