Alum missing in the Chesapeake

They've been doing blanket coverage of this locally in Maryland.

Now, ok, he's an alum, and of course I hope he's okay -- that this was a clever way to run out on his wife, or something.  But the media blitz on this has been pretty outrageous.  I think it's an excuse to get the news chicklettes (none of whom look over 25, in either age or IQ) in tank tops and out on the splashing sea).

I'd prefer it if the gene pool from which the professional was drawn was from Arizona or California.  But on the whole, um, no.
