After skunking Columbia 38-0 and rolling past Hoftsra 24-13 last week, Cornell notched three additional dual meet wins.

Yesterday, the Big Red knocked of the Quakers (our only competition in the Ivies) 20-12. Today, Cornell pitched another shutout, this time against Princeton 47-0, and then followed up with a 23-12 win over Rider.

On a weekend where the hockey team had a tough time, the wrestling team showed why they are one of the top teams in the country.

Anybody else think Manotti stalls his way through matches way too often?
Anybody else think Manotti stalls his way through matches way too often?
I can't say that I ever get to see the team. (I should pony up for All-Access, but I haven't.

Anyone know the extent of Mazzurco's injury?

The Columbia match at Friedman was on CSTV.  I saw the repeat of it last week; not sure if they'll show it again.

Quite an accomplishment to major-decision the 20th-ranked wrestler (from Penn) while stalling.

I didn't say he does it every match, but i've definitely seen him do it 4 or 5 times over the past few years. If he gets a 4-1 lead in the first he tends to sit on it.
