Oh, I got that it was a reversal.  But the Democrats whined about the treatment Kerry and Edwards got in 2004 so "doing a reversal" makes them just as hypocritical.  And here I was hoping "the One" would stay above this.

Eh.  Both major party candidates promised to run a clean and honorable campaign, and they both lied.  It's always going to be politics as usual as long as those are the only major parties.
