So I signed up for AA today to watch the playoffs on my gf's Dell (I have a Mac). I signed up fine and I could view archives no problem. So I try to log in now and it works (albeit with some random default password), and when I try to watch video it tells me I don't have access to the content. But if I try to sign up again it tells me I'm already registered...

Did anyone notice that there is NO contact number anymore?!? Just online forms. I filled one out, but... big surprise, no response yet. Grrrr. Jackasses.

Thanks, Jordan, but literally 2 second after I saw your post they emailed me back saying they'd reset my account and giving me a new password. Video is up now.

Still, its awful that there's no published phone number anyway. One of 6 (or 9, or more...) periods missed.

My access to the archives were earlier in the day. At game time, I had no access to anything (even though i could sign in).

I filled out their 'live game event report form', or whatever. About 20 minutes later (during the first intermission), they emailed back saying they had reset the account and gave me a new password. I logged in then and it was fine.
