Is that measured in molarity?
I think it's more of a quantum phenomenon, not something that can be treated as a continuum...
Good, because I really don't want to go to the brunch that has one and a half Anbinders.

It's really more like a buffet.
Generally, there seems to be an anti-wealth sentiment and alot of desire that low and middle income housing be built.
The desire to build middle- and low- income housing stems from the fact that there isn't enough of it in Tompkins County, and what low to moderate income housing we have already is not located within a reasonable driving distance of major employers but instead is in Ulysses, Lansing, Caroline, Danby, and to a lesser extent Cortland, Candor, Groton, the Village of Dryden et cetera.  Despite how expansive TCAT is, its still not the NYC subway or bus system; car ownership is almost a necessity due to the weather and hills.  The end result of this is elevated prices, which are well above what they should be for a city the size of Ithaca.  More low- and middle- income housing is needed, badly.

Can anyone recommend a real estate broker who can show me affordable housing  in downtown Ithaca?

I live in LA.  ALL housing in downtown Ithaca is affordable by my standards...  :(
