Re: Moulson & McKee - 18 years ago
billhoward David McKee may not have the GAA of last year's Hobey Baker run, but he bailed us out late in the third and in OT. Ho-hum. Another PPG for Matt Moulson. That's 12 on the year, plus 2 ENGs, plus 1 even strength goal. Makes him dangerous on man-up, but not exactly a 5x5 force in ECACHL hockey. He is real good on defense, though. McKee should have made that amazing save every otheby Oat - Hockey

McDonald sucked, but at least he sucked both ways. He sucked for us as much as he sucked for them. So the game is still fair.by Oat - Hockey
Re: Clarkson at Cornell postgame thread (2/21/06) - 18 years ago
Oh yea, I didn't really like the ref today. He made to many mistakes. Clarkson players were really really good at diving though, I have to give them that. They deserved some of those bad calls.by Oat - Hockey

Matt Thrasher is a joke - 18 years ago
Matt Thrasher only is only trying to write a funny article. The article turns out to be very insulting and unfunny. His tone is insensitive but not mean-spirited. Well, that's what happens when incompetent people try to do something they are not capable of doing. It's friggin annoying as hell.by Oat - Hockey

Has anyone ever been to a Penn State football game? About half of their stadium is the students section and the other half is for general public or "townies." Penn State has several cheers that go back and forth between the students and townies. When I was there, I was really impressed at how enthusiastic, supportive, and loud their townies were. They cheered, clapped, and sang just asby Oat - Hockey

something to think about.. - 18 years ago
The possibility that he didn't update his address certainly does exists.. But somehow my senses are telling me that he is not from Cornell. I don't think an alumn would post a new thread in this forum and say exactly: "I have been to a lot of Cornell games in my time but tonight I was embarassed for our school. Loose with clas not with sorid cheers." He mispelled many words. Thisby Oat - Hockey

Al DeFlorio Wrote: It is possible that a Cornell alum might actually choose to live in New Hampshire. There are even more than a few of us here in Massachusetts. That is definitely a possibility. BILL POSTED FROM NEW HAMPSHIRE - 18 years ago
If Elynah would display the last part of the IP address, that would be really great but this alone was enough to verify that the post was from New Hampshireby Oat - Hockey
BILL IS FROM DARTMOUTH - 18 years ago
I THINK BILL IS A DARTMOUTH FAN PRETENDING TO BE A CORNELL FAN.. For one, we don't remember the last time he posted here.. And for sure.. the location of his IP address: 64.223.144.--- is NEW HAMPSHIRE!!!by Oat - Hockey
Re: Students Bad Behavior - 18 years ago
I wan't at the game, so I wouldn't know what the students did there. Other people, please let the rest of us know what happened? Bill are you a Cornell alumn? Or a Dartmouth fan who is angry with Cornell cheering section at the game? If you are a Cornell alumn, I admire your action in sharing with the rest of us students your opinion. It definitely takes courage to stand up and say the righby Oat - Hockey
Re: Dartmouth commentators - 18 years ago
The main commentator is pretty good. It's the second guy that's driving me crazy... He says the stupidest things anyone could hope to say in a dozen lifetimes. How did an incompetent idiot like this guy get to do such cool job?by Oat - Hockey

Re: This Week's Column is Up - 18 years ago
We might not win both games.. but I don't think we'll lose. I'd say a tie and a win would be the worst case that I could see at the moment. Can we please have Shane Hynes back now?by Oat - Hockey
