Scersk '97 This is the part I love: "Must purchase together to sit together." Hahhahhahhhahhhahhhhaaaaaaa. Yeah, seating is in such short supply. And $34 is still too expensive to fill any of those seats with casual fans. Boy, am I glad that this is the last year of AC. billhoward upprdeck the Prin-harv games not being wins could make the difference.. those 3 pts would have given us a shot a 2nd. Good chance this week to think about 3-4 games we'd like to have back. The come-from-ahead loss to Maine in the Florida tournament looms large. Also getting tied by Dartmouth 1-1 with a minute to play. The OT loss to Yale. And coming back from Denver with zero points. Trotsky css228Just another case of ECAC officiating incompetence. Not sure I would say that. Incompetence is when they misapply a rule. While unfortunate in this case, the rule is you blow the whistle when you lose sight of the puck. They can't overturn it because the play is dead. So they're stuck. It's a wonder anybody still wants to be a referee in an age of cameras and replay. Incompeteby css228 - Hockey

scoop85 jtn27 The announcer in the video said that the no-goal couldn't be reviewed. Why not? Whistle blew. Well can't be reviewed is the wrong thing to say. Of course the play can be reviewed to see if the puck went in before the whistle. It can't be overturned even though that wasn't even debatably a dead puck. Just another case of ECAC officiating incompetence.by css228 - Hockey

Re: 2013-14 Schedule - 11 years ago
ursusminor Is it a known fact or just a guess that Cornell's game vs. BU at MSG will be over Thanksgiving? The reason that I am asking is that there was a rumor (a post on a BC blog) that I posted elsewhere at the time on eLynah that RPI would be playing BC as part of a double header (separate admissions?) with Cornell-BU. A tentative RPI schedule was distributed at the BRF! game recently. Iby css228 - Hockey

Kyle Rose TrotskyThere's really nothing "outrageous" about the fish tradition anymore. I'm all for continuing it, but we've just been going through the motions for years. Tying a chicken to the net was pretty outrageous. But the problem with traditions that commemorate specific events is they wind up just being me-too-ism. Trotsky We dominated. I have no idea how we failed to score 4 or 5, let alone the 2 that were needed. This weekend was not the self-sabotage of the prior weekend, nor the apathy of the Brown loss. Obviously with time slipping away the situation is terrible, but this weekend at least the effort and execution were not -- only the finishing. flyersgolf I was at this match up in early Novemer. Princeton played out of their minds, scoring a couple incredible goals. Princeton shot a lot at Iles head. Lot of cheap shots by Princeton, especially around the benches during changes, one I was afraid would put Ferlin out for a long while. Trotsky The season is far from over. Let's see what happens tonight. BTW, if anybody would like to introduce themselves, my wife and I will be in C-11-5/6 tonight. Trotsky Odd game. We played very well in some stretches, yet QU probably should have had at least 2 and maybe several more goals just on blind chance. They had great disipline and opened up chsnces from all over. Very solid team.
