Next time, "Ticket Exchange" is near the top of the lefthand side in yellow. You can post tickets there. -Alex Barash '07by RazzBaronZ - Hockey

Re: What The Hell Do I Do? Injustice Maybe? - 18 years ago
I'm betting the athletics dept. does read this forum, and I have to agree that this is very disappointing. I can understand kicking someone out of one game for coming in drunk and ruining everyone else's enjoyment of the game; making an example of one person in the crowd for a chant everyone is doing is just wrong. The cheers won't change. Making a fan's life miserable is not worth it, espby RazzBaronZ - Hockey

Dafatone Wrote: Down in Section F, the fans were really into it for the last 5 minutes, solely due to the efforts of one loud fan who shouted at the rest of us until we cheered. Good job on his part. Until someone comes up with another cheer, the best cheer I've heard when we're down is just a crescendo of noise. It makes me really psyched, so I'm sure it works well for the team. Re: Union 2 @ Cornell 1 (postgame thread 11/18/05) - 18 years ago
The first 10 minutes of the game, we were clearly outplaying them. I was really diappointed in the effort being put in on the Cornell side after that. We didn't hustle nearly as much as I'm used to seeing, and a lot of our passes weren't being caught. The only part of the game I thought we dominated was the penalty kill. We did shine through and hustle at times; we just never kept it goinby RazzBaronZ - Hockey

Also in section B. The chants coming from sections E and F were much louder and longer. It was weak. Also, the Kill chant didn't work because everyone speeds it up too fast. "Kill, Red, Kill" with clapping would wourk much better I think. -Alex Barash '07by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
I think I either PMed or emailed everyone, but if I didn't, the shirts are ready. Email me at ab382@cornell.edu to set up a time and place to meet (c-town or campus). -Alexby RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
So guys I made all the fronts of the shirts and I think they came out well. The 3XL back is gonna take a bit longer because I'm making a different template, but the rest of the shirts should be done this weekend. I'll email everyone who ordered to figure out how I'm distributing them. JimHyla, and anyone else: I can buy t-shirts at AC Moore but it'd be about $1.15 more a shirt and it'd be 5by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
Hey Guys, I just heard back from the university. It seems that the shirt design has been OK'd, and I just have to fill out a form that allows me to use university property in order to print the shirts. I will fill the form out on Monday (I'm going home this weekend) and then I'll email everyone who ordered about distribution once I begin making shirts. I'm placing the order for shirts and hby RazzBaronZ - Hockey

Sen, Stampede Survivor sounds ok. I'll try to think of some more before I actually make them (and if anyone else has ideas that'd be great). I still haven't heard back from Cornell in terms of approval for the shirt sales, but I'm going to place the order Friday afternoon no matter what. One final note: remember if you guys want a shirt by the next game, email me or post here with color,by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
Making a hoodie is the same as making anything else. If anyone wants it custom (i.e. no print on the back, or switching the back and the front), I can definitely do that. It's all handmade so I can make the text higher, lower, more to the side, leave out words, or anything else you can think of that would use the same templates. I'm also considering putting something on the sleeves of long-sby RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
If people just happen to make their own shirts or hats like I'm doing, we might have a few things with Sucks on them floating around (with no sales, so I doubt anyone would be held liable). The ink I use can be applied straight to any surface (except nylon) with a paintbrush and then ironed on, which is even easier and more ghetto than the way I do it. It's "SpeedBall fabric ink;" I fby RazzBaronZ - Hockey

Hey guys, Cop At Lynah, Thanks for the advice. No worries about other shirts. The other shirts I was going to make were not going to be copyrighted, they were acutally black ninja hoodies (don't ask). The only possible consequence of this can be death threats from the ninjas on campus. The only possible problem I can see is the use of Lynah, but as A-19 says, it's a community and a name (by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
Sorry, no. I have way too much work (21 credits) to travel any more than I do (I go back home to NYC every few weekends). I can probably arrange it so that you pick up a shirt from another eLynah Faithful at any of those games. I'm sure they wouldn't mind doing that here. -Alex Barash '07by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
If anyone wants me to ship I guess I can do that, but I'll be here for every game I can (not Thanksgiving though) so if possible I'd rather just give them to people personally (or through my friends). No point in paying for shipping when you're spending ridiculous amounts of money on either gas or the bus to get up to Cornell. Beeeej, We'll arrange it so that I get it to you on gameday. Re: Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
Hey Mike, What do you think could be copyrighted? I thought of that when making the shirt, which is why I used "Faithful 2005" and not "Lynah Faithful." You mean the got Lynah part? Did the milk people get that? So many shirts sold online have that same idea it seems hard to believe that they'd be paying for the copyright. Faithful T-shirts - 18 years ago
As a faithful, I really wanted to make my own t-shirts for games. I thought it might be fun to be able to design & make my own shirts, and I thought they came out pretty well when I tried making them. Re: Get with it Section B!!! - 18 years ago
I'm in B and I also thought it wasn't very good. However, I think a lot of people didn't make it to the game or gave tickets away (I know a few people) so maybe it'll be better in future games. That said, the fact that they all missed a game doesn't speak well for them either. Alex Barash '07by RazzBaronZ - Hockey
