Re: Something is wrong here - 14 years ago
Jacob '06French RageJacob '06They also omitted Clarkson from the list, which I guess some of us may not be so upset about. Nah, they're there, just not bolded. Wow, I completely missed that. Guess I should've actually read through the whole thing. I certainly missed out on our promising year last year.by Drew - Hockey

Re: UNH hockey gets nailed - 14 years ago
Kyle RoseTrotskyBut it frees up an extra NCAA slot for 2 years... Does probation include an elimination from NCAA tournament play? Each case is decided individually, in this case UHN is still eligible for NCAA tourny play.by Drew - Hockey

jtwcornell91jkahnDrew On that note, thanks for letting visitors visit It's more than just "letting" - your visits are appreciated. As I said to another Elynah veteran on Friday night while online chatting, you and others (and I mentioned your name and others) lend a valuable perspective and sound hockey insights. We should try to get you guys to join the chats too, for that matter.by Drew - Hockey

DeltaOne81CowbellGuy The first thing on my slate is to update the forum to the current version of the software that it runs on. I plan on using proper plugins and mods for all the modifications to the core code I've relied on up to now. That will allow for any future updates to be relatively seamless, and there are some nice new features that I'd like to get on here. Pleeease tell me there willby Drew - Hockey
Re: ECAC Playoffs - 15 years ago
ebilmesI agree with the consensus picks, except I don't see Union beating Clarkson. From what I saw up in Potsdam, the Golden Knights can play at a much higher level than the Dutchmen. A Clarkson series win with a Colgate upset gives us a crack at the Golden Knights. Unfortunatley, we (Clarkson) do not play well at Union. I was at the game on Saturday and it was one of the hardest hitting collegeby Drew - Hockey

Dpperk29 I am not sure what happened to Kennedy, but I do hope he is ok. Kennedy was knocked unconcsious by Dan Tuttle, and received some stitches on his chin.by Drew - Hockey

RichH Men's Hockey #1 Colorado College 1 Clarkson 1 (F-OT) Good job, Knights. Rich, Thanks for the note, ECAC gotta stick together. We clawed and scratched for it....they are real good and real fast. We are real young. I would never want to see them on the big sheet.by Drew - Hockey

Re: Harvard Hockey - Trouble in Paradise? - 15 years ago
David HardingTimVSeems like they're missing some guys from the current roster: Jack Christian, Kyle Richter, Alex Killorn, Colin Moore, Sam Bozoian, Dan Moriarity. See it here: 2008-2009 Harvard RosterI don't know what it looked like when you posted, but as I am posting Killorn, Moore, Bozoian, and Moriarity are all included on the roster. Christian and Richter are not. USHR states Christiaby Drew - Hockey

Josh '99hockeychick470apparently word of this is really getting around. A friend that goes to another school who I hadn't told it about sent me this link haha It's a good thing nobody else in the ECAC has fans with the creativity to use this, or our guys would take a lot of shit for it next year.by Drew - Hockey

Re: Game 3's Sunday 3/16 - 16 years ago
RichHDrewJim HylaSo another episode in the long story of Clarkson failures in the tourney. Good luck fellas! A sincere thanks, Drew. Many of us here know what that feeling is like not making it to the league final 4 with the quality team you have. Pretty stunning that there has only been 1 year in the past 11 where Cornell and Clarkson have both made the ECAC final four, and never in Albaby Drew - Hockey

BundesausbildungsfoerderungsgesetzBy the way, I-will-dunk-on-you, I do not appreciate your "empty" threads. You are a member of the Lynah's Faithful? Nope. I suggest you take your rhetorical skills elsewhere, perhaps to the Nights of the Roundtable message board! Kristoph Oh greatby Drew - Hockey
Re: thank you, Doug - 16 years ago
hockeychick470This is my 3rd season sitting on the D/E boarder. The cowbell is one of my favorite cheers, especially when I go stand in B or A with friends because it gets extremely garbled with clapping on the D/E end. This is the first time that I've seen anyone come to the D/E end to play the cowbell. Thanks, you made my night. LGR Doug, Sounds like empty net in front of you...by Drew - Hockey
Re: Clarkson at Cornell Pre-game - 16 years ago
lynah80I think the outcome of Sunday's game will depend strongly on who is available to play. Does anyone know the status of Evan Barlow? What is the primary issue between him and Schafer? He must really be doing something unacceptable. The last time Leggio played at Lynah, he did not do well (he gave up 5 goals on 2/2/07) and was pulled before the end of the game. This season, his numbeby Drew - Hockey
Re: Clarkson Viewing in NYC - 16 years ago
BeeeejDrewBeeeejAm I crazy to think that it's worth trying to put together a crowd at Ship of Fools (2nd Ave. @ 82nd St., Manhattan) to watch the Clarkson game Sunday at 4pm, when the AFC & NFC championship games overlap it? Maybe we can get the back or middle room to ourselves with most TVs on Cornell vs. Clarkson and one TV on football for those who care about it. I'll call SoF and askby Drew - Hockey

Re: BU Postgame - 16 years ago
ithacatDrewEDIT: It was always my contention McKee benefitted from an outstanding D-corps. Are there goalies that haven't? Ok let me rephrase, would scrivens and davenport be more successful if they had the same defense that McKee had in front of him? That is why I asked if the goalies were only a symptom to the problem, the real problem being the defense.by Drew - Hockey
