Cornell made it in there at number 38 for Pete Gogolak's soccer-style kicking and number 35 for forfeiting the game to Dartmouth because they had a 5th down.

And just in case anybody was wondering, number one was the Doug Flutie hail mary. One of my personal favorites, Boise State's trick plays last year, finished 15th.

Frankly, I don't think the 5th down forfeit in any way "defines" modern college football. The Miami brawl last year might be a better candidate.
