The press box is gone, all of the plaastic seats are gone, tomorrow the toliets go and they start digging for the tunnel that will go to the rink.  The ice will go away on March 29 all according to super  at the josb site today

ummm... dumb question... but will they keep the ice if we still need it to practice?

A renovation blog reminds of the premise behind Seinfeld: A show about nothing. And like Seinfeld, we're tuning in. Keep those pictures coming!

Does one have to be credentialed media to photograph from inside?
i think you are all seriously disturbed.  I mean c'mon are you really telling me that you NEED to see what is likely to be close to 300+ days of construction?  If you are really going to follow this perhaps CSTV could offer the construction channel.  It could be the 24hr construction network, all construction all the time.

I will of course check this new web site frequently.  Also I stopped by the rink today and had a quick look before getting the boot.
The mental state of some ELF posters has been discussed here: http://elf.elynah.com/read.php?1,90068,90266#msg-90266

Do we have a psychiatrist on ELF to address these "concerns"? ;-)

I really need to get my lab to read a condensed version of the eLynah forum so that they know that I am one of many people who is extremely devoted to my alma mater and that has an almost (who am I kidding, almost) unhealthy obsession for its hockey team.

Or perhaps it would just backfire and make me look crazier.  Love the pictures!  ::nut::

I frequently point to posters here to say "Look, I'm not THAT crazy.  I know all these people that are just as crazy/crazier!"  My (non-Cornell) friends smile and nod after asking me how many I've actually met. :-}

Anyone know where the ILR graduation ceremony will be this year?  Perhaps there is a better venue where you can actually hear the dean. ::idea::
I'm the one who views hockey games merely as something to do before going to Rulloff's and Dino's.

Section C's seats, the press box, and penalty box area have been removed. Note the contractors working with blazing speed. Yes, it's too late to change your poll answer.
Anyone who hires contractors know there's a burst of speed followed by periods of, ah, lesser intensity.

Let's Go Red Contactors!

The initial burst coincidentally abates as soon as enough material has been removed that the job must go forward to completion, rather than just keeping the old configuration.

(I'm about to re-side my house.  I hope it doesn't rain for about a month.)

Can we get the pep band to play for them and entice them back into working hard? ::idea::

I love the fact that the place is being torn apart, but the banners are still hanging in the rafters.
