Glover to the box when stopping another breakout.

Rita

but we are going to be short-handed again... Glover takes 2.

Good news, we go on shorthanded duty. B-]

Now Glover takes a penalty ... maybe a good thing ;-)

Bitz is OBs or Pokulaks spot.  We dont have many options right now though.

What is David's record against breakaways and penalty shots this year? I believe goalies have a slightly better than 50% save average on penalty shots. Don't know what it is for breakaways where the goalie probably has a slightly better average because the shooter doesn't know if someone's chasing him and may force the shot.

Pete Godenschwager

Man, those were some juicy rebounds.:-(

Rita

3 shots on goal while short-handed, 3 mayotte saves. We NEED a scorer. soon.  ::help::

Tom Pasniewski 98

From the meaningless files...

Brown 4, Quinnipiac 1 (end of 2)

Guess they were just waiting for Senior Night to show off.

I don't think we keep breakaway stats.

My guess is that breakaways score at better than 50% (and better than penalty shots) because included among them are odd man rushes, whereas on the penalty shot the goalie neverr had to worry about a pass.

BMac

Aaaaaaand cowbell, loud and clear.:-)
