And I guess my point was that wearing something that pre-filters those who get hung up over the way others are dressed is a good thing IMO.  It's a sieve---for people.

Jerseys for the last few years almost universally did not have patches. All of the ones from this year do, however.

Last year the patches said "ECAC" with "Hockey" underneath.  This year's ECACHL logo on the website has "Hockey League" underneath.  I haven't taken notice of this year's patch, but perhaps it too is updated, such that last year's patches couldn't be recycled.
