He's probably a perfectly nice guy outside the confines of a hockey rink; I don't see any real reason to rip on him online for posting his thoughts, pithy though they may be.  (Which isn't to say not to make fun of him during the games, but outside...  eh.)

Oh no! That was a serious question. I wasn't being sarcastic. I sincerely want to hear his opinion on Cornell. Obviously he's going to say Cornell is a good team, but I am interested to see how he will approach that question.  Is he the conceited type? Or a humble guy? Will he mention how much he hates Cornell fans? We will find out.

I realize that we're not scheduled to play UHN anytime soon, but this looks like it could be a regular column for the Portsmouth Herald, and it looks like it's a lot more likely to yield interesting taunting fodder.

First of all, I think they're a great asset to the ECACHL and I'm glad they represent us so well around the country.  I think their program speaks for itself, as do the type of seasons they've been able to put together over the years.  Obviously all that changes whenever we're playing them though!  But to be honest, I love it when our home and home series comes around each year.  We've had a bunch of great games over the past couple of years, so I'm already looking forward to it.  Playing at Lynah is awesome, but it can't quite beat the atmosphere here at home that weekend.  Our fans and the match-up definitely make that one of my favorite weekends of the season.
