I think this has been suggested before, but can you set the board to display fas.harvard.edu as sucks.edu ?

Well, on the off chance that they might have tickets left at 12:40pm I called the Harvard ticket office and was told that it was completely sold out and that no more tickets would be released.  If anyone ends up with 4 + extras (seats or standing ) please let me know.

Since the game is Friday this year, there is no women's game beforehand, that always afforded a good opportunity to just walk into the rink and stay for the men's game.

Kate and I won't be making the trip this year.  :(  Good luck to all who need tickets.

Got a charge for one set of the tickets I bought....

0/04/2005   10/06/2005   Sale   HARVARD TKTS/TDC 00 OF 00(Dining and Entertainment)

Assuming the other set will be posted soon (I purchased it on diff credit cards)....I thought my first order didnt go through so I placed another one, and it seems both went through actually.

EDIT: I ordered Tuesday night, around 12:30am I think

Anyone else wind up with tickets in purgatory?  I have six on the glass, but we're over in Section 2.  Damn, we'll be sitting in front of my wife's boss - a Sucks alum.  Well, it's only a short walk to go stand behind the CU sections.

anyone get their tickets yet?  Nothing yet for me

that loud guy with the hair

Cornell Athletics charged my card $33.00 today.   I guess that means I have tickets coming to me.   But then, (insert typical elynah forum ticket office complaint here).   All I can say is that there better be some tickets in my mailbox soon.

No offense guys, but I find it pretty funny that you're already stressing out about ticket delivery.  The game is still weeks away...

Well, getting Yale tickets (not quite in the same breath as Harvard) was simple: I sent Gene Nighman an email and 10 days later a ticket office-staffing student called, verified my credit card, and that was that. No pushing, no shoving. Maybe they thought I was donating more money than I'm donating.

The ticket office does say tickets for Princeton (at Princeton) are hard to come by. That is nonsense of the first order. Actually, the tickets may be sold out, but SRO seats aplenty are available. Last year we sat one row behind the Cornell bench. Try that in Ithaca.

Hillel Hoffman, I'm counting on you to show for the Princeton game. You just have to take SEPTA a few stops until you hit NJ Transit and then the Dinky Shuttle.

I live right outside of princeton and was planning on getting a bunch of friends together over break to see the game. Would it be easier for me to go through the athletics dept here or just call in to princeton itself? Went to my first hockey game there, but haven't been there since. Can't wait to see the game this year :-D

Let's GO Red!!!

Either from Cornell or from Princeton will be fine. It's possible Princeton is sold out already or says "sold out." It's all relative: Unless Bono starts in goal ahead of whatsisname with the red kercheif, you'll find plenty of good seats. And Cornell and Harvard are the only two games where it's much more than half full. If it weren't for the occasional crack of puck hitting plexiglas, it'd be a nice place to study during the, say, Union game.

The only downside to buying through Princeton is you end up on their mailing list and get all sorts of mailings on football, squeakball, etc.  Other than that, no difference.

Last year I just showed up and bought SRO.  Nobody in the CU section cares about seat location anyway.

Bump...Harvard still sucks.  B-]
