According to the Cornell website, the deadline to buy tickets from the Cornell ticket office is 4:00 tomorrow.  
The time has since been pushed back to 1PM Wednesday.

$70 for the "session" and, according to the site, there's no willcall at Mariucci Arena so if you're not in Ithaca, there's a $12 delivery charge (actually not bad) for overnight messenger.
