Ever since the UNH game, I've noticed an increased interest in the team by many of the people on the USCHO forum.  Seems that a lot of people (many of them HEA fans) now view Cornell as serious competition instead of a 3rd-rate EZAC team.

Furthermore, people seem nervous about what we might be able to do next year.

Anyways, thats my impression.

Perhaps that's the first step in getting the word out to "blue chippahs" that if you want a great education *and* a shot at the national championship, Cornell is the place to go.

I went to both UNH and Cornell and I had problems initially comvincing my friends we were even Div I.  They don't have any doubts of that anymore.  We demonstrated against both UNH and BU that we can compete with the best from Hockey East.
