You're the soon-to-be-a-lawyer here. If somebody stabs another person with a Leatherman (or whatever) inside the Pepsi Arena, wouldn't the victim have a cause of action against the Pepsi Arena? Even if the tickets have a not-liable clause on the back, I can't imagine something like that would be very helpful for them. But hey, what do I know?
