Is it safe to say that another loss to Yale would blow Dartmouth's NCAA chances?  Or could they still back in with favorable results elsewhere?

Edit:  Or should I know better than to make generalizations about how PWR will work out by now?

You should know better - I don't know where it would leave them, try JTW's script. But I would bet they'd be in deep trouble if not gone.
