Don't think anyone on this board is in the Big Easy, but I'll be watching the game at my place Uptown.  Post or email jtw24 if you're in town and want to come over.

If you leave after lunch, you can make it to my place in time.  ::nut::

I've changed the subject of the thread so people can find non-New Orleans posts.

Anyone have suggestions for Philadelphia-area viewers? I won't be able to get myself in front of a TV until the third period, but I'm still eager to find a place. I know that the Cornell Club of Greater Philadelphia isn't running an event, and the Clarkson alumni folks just cancelled a Philly-area gathering.

[Aside: Sure wish I could get CSTV at home. DirecTV's not an option because of line-of-sight issues. And as I've moaned here before, Comcast doesn't offer CSTV in my part of city for some reason, even though it's available on the digital sports tier in many other Comcast service areas throughout the mid-Atlantic.]

CSTV is always on some sets at the Fox and Hound, in the ring-road of King of Prussia Mall.  I watched a game there last year.   I will try to get there tonight, but I may not make it.

In Philly, you can try Cavanaugh's, by Penn's campus...I watched the BC game there...it might be harder to get a TV on a Friday night though, the BC game was on a weekday during winter break.

Anyone know a sports bar in Nashville that carries CSTV?

FWIW, here are the places that the RPI Alumni Association will be meeting in two weeks to watch the game vs Brown on CSTV: http://www.alumni.rpi.edu/services/sports/hockey/sh/Index04.htm.

Any folks in SE Virginia know of a place to catch the game?

Update on CT:  it looks as though "Rookies" in Cromwell has CSTV.  http://www.rookiesbar.com/

This probably doesn't count as SE Virginia, but I did get this e-mail yesterday:

CORNELL CLUB OF CENTRAL VIRGINIA
cordially invites you, your family and friends to join us for
a live telecast from Lynah Rink of CORNELL BIG RED HOCKEY at

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill
 7801 West Broad Street
Richmond, Virginia

Oooh....I live in Richmond, VA. But, I think I am going to watch it on Comcast at home. I'd like to listen to commentary.

The Chief and I will be holding court with an ex RIP b ball player and making a minor incursion into a CCT alumni function at the Malt River Brewing Company located in the Latham Mall.  (Actually I'll be eating dinner with my wife and then joining the Chief and I surely don't expect to spend any time with people wearing green and mustard.)
