i2 sports or XMI whatever problems?

if it magically begins working again, please post that they've fixed the problem. I've given up on it and am listening to audio only from College Sports Pass, which is working wonderfully.

I just got a refund message from PayPal:

i2sports (chris.fyall@xmievents.com) has refunded your payment.
Note from Seller:
This is a refund for the Dec 3 Cornell - Yale hockey game. We're refunding
your money because of technical difficulties with our bandwidth provider.
We had to restart the stream. You can continue watching if you'd like. Your
password will still work.

Let us know what they say about season pass holders and a refund. This is very frustrating.  I do have to admit that Chris from i2sports has been very helpful in the past.

Just received the email saying all viewers would get refunds, but nothing specific on how they'll handle "season-ticket" subscribers.

I have not as far as I can tell. I have not gotten any email notfying me of a refund, in any case. I did not check my PayPal account directly.
