Edit: The following is a post from last year. I have updated the info in a subsequent posting below.

Hi all,

I have been working with Greg Sullivan and Age on getting the Lynah East game onto a DVD.  The process wasn't as complex as it initially seemed, but there have been a few glitches along the way, and thus, the delay.

Good news is that the DVD is almost ready production, and I will be making it available to the Cornell Hockey community.

Here are the terms:
1. I will be covering my costs (DVD media, plus shipping) ~ $5 per DVD
2. I strongly encourage everyone to make a donation to one of the following cash-strapped Cornell Hockey related organizations/operations, in the amount of $5-$20
     a. The Big Red Pep Band
     b. The Red Line
     c. eLynah
3. If you donate more than $35, then I will include one of this year's Everblades Tournament game (your choice).
4. If you donate more than $45, then I will include both of this year's Everblades Tournament games.
5. I won't be providing either of the Everblades game separately.

Note, I have not yet transferred the Everblades games yet, so I can't give firm time on when those DVD's will be ready, but for the eLynah game, it should be ready in about a week or so.

Please email me if the subject "Lynah East DVD" if you're interested.

Edit:
In order to simplify this process, I request that all funds are PayPal'ed to me (whollycow@mac.com), and the I'll send a lump sum check to any of the above mentioned organization.  To be sure that this is legit, please post on this thread which organization you will be making a donation to (and how much), so that you can be sure that all funds go where they are supposed to.

Please email me the following information:
1. Which DVD's you want
2. How much you will be sending in total
3. The address to send the DVD's to
4. Any special conditions/circumstances

Hi all,

The Lynah East DVD from last year is FINALLY ready to ship. Sorry for the long delay. This time around, I don't want to make any promises about when the other two games will be ready (and the ending of one of the two games were cut off).

So, if you're interested in getting your hands on just the Lynah East DVD, I still encourage you to make a donation.

Email me with subject "Lynah East DVD" if you're interested. If there are just a few request, then I'll just send them out at my expense. If the demand is high, then I'll need to cover my costs.

More info to come...

To all those who emailed me recently, I will be sending out the DVD. If you wish to do so, please send donations directly to whichever Cornell Hockey related entity (eLynah, Pep Band, Red Line, etc.).

For eLynah donations, there's obviously the PayPal link.

To donate to the Pep Band, the checks should be made out to "Cornell Pep Band" and sent to:

I'm not sure what the protocol for the Red Line is. Ari or Age, can you let us know?

What did happen to the Red Line?  The website still is there, but there's been no word whatsoever on it.

Well, I wasn't in Ithaca last spring and it sounded like it slowly died off as the semester wore on.  After I left, I know Age needed a solid commitment of time, energy, and leadership from an undergrad and I don't think anyone was able to give it to him.

Any undergrad can take it up if they are interested...get in touch with Age and float the idea with him.  Age is an extremely dedicated and talented person but he was the adviser and shouldn't be expected to run the thing.  Most of the hard ground work was put in place...I encourage people to look into it!
